Refunds All sales are final. If you need to cancel your plans, we can offer you the ability to trade your live theatre tickets for another day/time for the same show or a gift certificate [minus a $5 fee]. Movie tickets are not eligible for gift certificates, but may be redeemed a different date or time for the same movie title. They may not be redeemed for any other movie title. Please come see us at the box office before your show has started; the $1.00 on-line processing fee is non-refundable regardless of other arrangements made.
Pets in the Theater
We DO NOT allow any animals into our theater. If your animal is a service animal you MUST bring the animal's registered service I.D. card. A "service animal" harness is NOT accepted as proof of service.
Outside food or beverages are strictly prohibited
Outside food or beverages are not allowed in our theater. You will be asked to finish your food or drink before entering our theater. We offer food and beverages at our concession stand, and do our best to accommodate everyone.
Bringing a cup of ice for your drink
You are welcome to bring a cup of ice to enjoy with your beverage as long as you have a lid on it, and you have PURCHASED your beverage at our concession stand.

Our return policy states that all sales are final, including those made on HighlandsPlayhouse.org website or in the box office.
Any exchanges and resolution issues regarding customers’ purchases via on-line HighlandsPlayhouse.org are at the sole discretion of the Executive Director or Artistic Director or Box Office Manager. We make every attempt to ensure your order is processed correctly and accurately and is delivered as promised.

Highlands Community Theatre, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion - including, without limitation; if the Highlands Community Theatre, Inc. believes that a customer’s conduct violates any applicable law, these Terms and Conditions, or if said conduct is harmful to the interests of the Highlands Playhouse or its affiliates.
Online Ticketing Terms and Conditions
There is a $1.00 processing fee per ticket on every purchase. Online tickets must be redeemed at the theater before the show time. Customers need to present a proof of purchase in order to retrieve their on-line purchases at the theater. Proof of purchase includes the credit card that was used in the transaction or the confirmation message sent to the customer’s email. Without this proof of purchase admittance to a show is not guaranteed.
